En Responsible Travel tenemos claro que en el turismo podemos encontrar sustentabilidad econ\u00f3mica, ambiental y social. Como organizaci\u00f3n, buscamos aportar en la construcci\u00f3n de una sociedad basada en el respeto, integridad, honestidad y cumplimiento de la ley.<\/p>

Con el fin de cumplir con nuestras metas, contamos con el apoyo de un equipo de trabajadores comprometidos con el futuro y con entregar en cada uno de nuestros servicios ofrecidos la mayor calidad posible, con el fin de continuar gan\u00e1ndonos la confianza de nuestros clientes, proveedores y cualquier persona o instituci\u00f3n que se vea relacionada a nuestras actividades.<\/p>

Por lo tanto, el siguiente c\u00f3digo se ha desarrollado para establecer los par\u00e1metros con los que trabaja la organizaci\u00f3n y las responsabilidades con todos nuestros stakeholders. La intenci\u00f3n de este c\u00f3digo es brindar ayuda para sobrellevar situaciones que representen un problema \u00e9tico y\/o legal en el trabajo realizado d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Es fundamental que todo el personal de Responsible Travel, sin olvidar a altos mandos, lea este c\u00f3digo y se encuentre plenamente consciente de que el compromiso de todos en su cumplimiento es primordial para nuestro \u00e9xito a largo plazo.<\/p>

El C\u00f3digo de Conducta de Responsible Travel se aplica para todos los empleados de la organizaci\u00f3n. Esto incluye al personal de la junta directiva, personal directivo, jefes de \u00e1rea, empleados y cualquier persona que tengan una funci\u00f3n de empleado.<\/p>

Este c\u00f3digo de conducta se basa en los siguientes valores que establezcan una base de la \u00e9tica que definen todas las operaciones:<\/p>

  • Esp\u00edritu Emprendedor:<\/strong> En Responsible Travel buscamos ser parte del cambio y no esperar para adaptarnos al cambio. Buscamos tener ese gran enfoque de actuar y dejar de hablar.<\/li>
  • Calidad en lo que hacemos:<\/strong> Responsible Travel busca con ah\u00ednco entregarle lo mejor a nuestros pasajeros que dejan en nuestras manos tiempos tan preciados como lo son sus vacaciones. Nos encargamos de, bajo ninguna circunstancia, decepcionar a nuestros clientes, cumpliendo y superando sus expectativas.<\/li>

Nevertheless, the user acknowledges and accepts that Internet security measures are not infallible.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    All employees must be familiar with the best practices of their respective fields, acting at all times with integrity and ethics.<\/p>

    A conflict of interest arises when any individual within the organization faces decisions involving direct or indirect personal benefits or advantages for third parties\u2014or that could harm others.<\/p>

    No Responsible Travel employee may misuse their position, knowledge, confidential information, or company property for personal or third-party gain. Any situation that represents a conflict of interest must be reported to their immediate supervisor. If not, anyone in the organization may report it.<\/p>

    All employees\u2019 actions must be focused on the benefit of Responsible Travel as a company. Any situation that could create a conflict between the company\u2019s interests and personal benefit must be avoided. In case of doubt, employees should consult their supervisor.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    No member of Responsible Travel shall:<\/p>

    • Receive gifts, monetary items, or favors from third parties that may influence decision-making or provide an unfair advantage in any process or activity carried out by Responsible Travel.<\/li>
    • Offer gifts or incentives to any person, inside or outside the organization, to obtain personal benefits.<\/li>
    • Use the name of Responsible Travel to gain unfair advantages or personal benefits outside the organization.<\/li>
    • Only gifts and courtesies that fall within ethically sound business practices and legal limits may be accepted.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      No form of corruption or bribery involving any Responsible Travel employee\u2014public or private, active or passive\u2014will be tolerated.       Responsible Travel supports fair and lawful competition and must comply with all competition laws intended to protect clients and competitors from unfair practices. Employees must avoid situations involving unfair price fixing, agreements with competitors to limit services, collusion, or boycotts\u2014such as restricting employees or clients from using products or services not provided by Responsible Travel.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We must all demonstrate our commitment to the economic, environmental, and social development of our local communities and the destinations we serve.<\/p>

      All employees are required to comply with the norms and regulations outlined in our Sustainability Policy. Furthermore, senior management is responsible for ensuring, with the support of all employees, that a safe, responsible, and fair working environment is maintained.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      As established in our Sustainability Policy and Communication Manual, all members of Responsible Travel must maintain clear and honest communication that transparently reflects our actions\u2014both internally and externally. We also commit to keeping all stakeholders informed, even on sensitive issues, while ensuring that respect remains our highest priority.<\/p>

      Employees are responsible for using all communication tools responsibly and in compliance with local and international laws. They must also respect intellectual property rights and, when generating content under the organization\u2019s name, follow the Internal Communication Manual and Brand Manual.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      All employees of Responsible Travel are responsible for the proper use of the organization\u2019s real estate, facilities, and those of partner companies when necessary.<\/p>

      All transactions are properly recorded in accordance with local regulations and internal policies. As an organization, we commit to maintaining the documentation necessary to ensure transparency in our activities. Any changes to manuals or internal regulations may only be made with authorization from General Management or the responsible parties for each activity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
